    CNBMEP Attends the National Key Atmospheric Special Initiation Meeting of the 13th Five-Year Plan

    On September 5, the launching meeting of the national key R&D program "Air Pollution Causes and Control Technologies" focused on "Research and Demonstration of Fume Pollutant Reduction and Energy Conservation Coupling Technologies in Building Material Industry" was held in CNBMEP , the leading unit of the project. As the lead unit of the project "Research on Integrative Technology of Furnace Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery and High Temperature Emission Reduction of Pollutants", CNBMEP reported the implementation plan. The experts at the meeting questioned and discussed the implementation plan. They believed that the research goal of the project was clear, the technical route was reasonable and the implementation plan was feasible.

    Beijing YZJ Environmental Protection Science&Technology Co., Ltd., a joint cooperative unit of the project "Research on Integrative Technology of Furnace Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery and High Temperature Pollutant Emission Reduction", jointly tackles the key problems of pollutant generation, emission control and waste heat utilization in glass furnace flue gas, and develops high and low temperature flue gas ladder utilization and water vapor. The cascade recycling mode of Rankine cycle-organic Rankine cycle forms a new technology for cascade utilization of waste heat from flue gas in furnace. In view of the coupling relationship between the deep utilization of waste heat from furnace flue gas and pollutant control, low-temperature waste heat power generation technology based on magnetic levitation bearing and pollutant self-adaptive control technology are developed to form a complete set of high-efficiency control equipment with fully independent intellectual property rights for the coupling of pollutant process emission reduction and energy saving. It will be applied and demonstrated in glass industry.
